Booth Reservation

To reserve a booth, please review the current booth availability on the floor plan and choose your sponsorship package. The gray squares are the available booth spaces. Then complete the booth reservation form below. Our Trade show coordinator, Lisa Cover (lisa@mdpublishing.com) will contact you to confirm the space, and will send a contract and invoice.

Exhibitor Registration

Conference exhibitor registration provides full conference access including meals, receptions, events, sessions, and conference activities. Two exhibitor registrations are included with the purchase of the booth. Additional exhibitor registrations can be purchased for $150 each.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

Booth Payment(s):
Payment methods for exhibit booth reservations include credit cards or payment by check. Invoices are due within 7 days of the invoice being issued.

Booth Cancellation(s):
Cancellation requests must be received by OR Today Live! by June 20, 2017. If cancellation is received on or prior to June 20, 2017, a refund, minus a $250 cancellation fee will be made. No refunds will be made for contracts cancelled after June 20, 2017.
